His unique perspective is shaped by roles as founder, fractional CXO, and past board member for the Canadian, Manitoba, and Winnipeg Chambers of Commerce, as well as The Dream Factory children’s charity.
 
As Founder and CEO of FRAKXION, Kyle is deeply committed to empowering fellow entrepreneurs. Drawing from his journey as a founder, cancer survivor, and father, he distilled the Refraction Pathway in his book Embark — a framework designed to help entrepreneurs find their path to purposeful work more quickly and confidently than he did, turning hard-won insights into actionable strategies.
