This session is designed for professionals responsible for improving processes, outcomes, and organizational performance. It is relevant to roles such as operations, marketing, finance, program leadership, and other functions focused on growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The session explores how AI can be applied in practical, business-focused ways to reduce friction, improve workflows, support stronger decisions, and identify opportunities for measurable value. Learners are introduced to structured approaches for framing use cases, evaluating where AI fits, and understanding how automation and AI-enabled workflows can support business goals. AI is presented as a practical capability for analyzing workflows, surfacing pain points, exploring use cases, and supporting more effective ways of working without requiring technical implementation knowledge or system integration expertise.
