ABOUT EVENT:
Burnout Risk Management - AWARE Certified Leaders Program Session 1
Speakers: Peter Catellier-Serger, Courageous U Coaching
This session builds awareness of burnout’s growing impact across workplace culture—especially within your organization—and launches the critical thinking needed to improve how burnout is prevented and managed. Participants will review key data on employee burnout, organizational culture, and the true cost of burnout, while exploring eight leading causes and the emerging risk of change fatigue. We will examine how self-care is impactful, but can not compensate for the daily tasks or entering into an unhealthy work environment. To bring it all together, we will dive into solutions—healthy, impactful solutions that can grow your organization to become a leader in organizational wellbeing hygiene.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
I was carrying everything—caregiving, parenting, work, and worry—I hit the wall. I burned out. I was struggling… but there was a way through.
Six months later, my wife passed away. My heart was broken. One of the last things she said to me was:
“Peter, I couldn’t have lived well without you. You coached me through this. It’s who you are and what you do.”
That moment clarified my calling.
Today, I am a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, helping individuals and organizations reduce burnout, strengthen resilience, and build cultures of sustainable well-being. My programs are designed to improve employee engagement, protect well-being, and enhance productivity and profitability—when people are well, organizations thrive.
