We certify DIY documents Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 p.m. (CST/CDT). Full service, multi-page, high volume requests can be processed the same business day provided they are submitted online no later than 2:30 p.m. (CST/CDT).

Please allow sufficient time for the review and certification of your documents. Non-routine documents will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

* Full payment is required prior to the certification of documents
