PAR (Public Accountability Report) Survey
Prior to the October 25 civic election, The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce sent a 20-question survey to all candidates running for office asking them if they agree with Chamber policy on taxation, economic development, spending efficiencies and transportation and infrastructure.
