Leadercon 2006 Report

Leadercon 2006, a one-day conference attended by representatives of business, labour, government and education, was held in April 2006 to address some of the main concerns of the business community as identified in the Manitoba Business Leaders Index, a survey conducted on behalf of The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and Meyers Norris Penny.

Probe Research Inc. surveyed 200 CEOs, presidents, business owners and designated senior corporate officers from small, medium and large-sized enterprises. Leadercon 2006 – “Solutions to Attract and Retain a Skilled Workforce” - provided an opportunity for roundtable discussions and resulted in the following report.  Leadercon 2006 Report
